Drive to end of Victory Blvd in West Hills
101 Fwy Exit Valley Circle, drive 2 miles. Left uphill on Victory Blvd. Dead-ends at Victory Trailhead. Park along the curbs near Victory and Gilmore.

Walk up through the gate, pass under the wooden Victory Trailhead sign; meet near the info kiosk.
