TIME TRIAL DETAILS
Warm Up.  At 7:00am an Anytime Runner will lead you on the 0.8 mile hike up the Library Loop Trail to the Fire Break.

The trial involves running the time trial route as many times as you can in an hour.

The course takes the 0.6 Fire Break ascent (a 750 foot climb) up to Las Flores Motorway and then descends 750 feet for a total of 1.2 miles.
