Park parallel below the gate, even if the gate is still open.
Cars past the gate can be towed or locked in for the night.
Even cars parked legally below the gate are subject to towing at 9 pm, so time your run turnaround accordingly.
Route:
TOR Outer Gate to Nike – 7.6 miles
Out and back. Turn around early enough to get back to your car by 9 pm.
